PK Analyst (Pharmacokinetic Analyst) – Germany – Early Phase International CRO

AL Solutions are searching for a PK Analyst (PharmacoKinetic Anaylst) to work for a market-leading European early-phase specialist CRO. This position is to be based in the South of Germany, and can have some remote flexibility for the right candidates.

PK Analyst Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Creating files for PK evaluations from CDISC (SDTM, ADaM)
  • Performing NCA evaluations in the Phoenix system
  • Creating tables, listings, figures in both SAS and Phoenix
  • Reviewing and QCing SAS code and the Phoenix files
  • PK input into SAP and protocols
  • Creating NONMEM files


PK Analyst Requirements

  • MSc / PhD qualified
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within clinical research
  • SAS programming skills
  • CDISC – SDTM/ADaM skills
  • Experienced in NCA valuation within Phoenix Winnonlin including creation of TFLs and working with reporter
  • PKS experience
  • Understanding of PK principals
  • Knowledge in creation of NONMEM files from CDISC SDTM and ADaM
  • Fluent in English
